Include app version, Android, phone, year/model, adapter, cable, and the message on screen. Model S, X, and Cybertruck captures are especially useful — we haven’t run those here yet.
Send a capture
In the app: More → Support & legal → Capture 30 seconds & email support. That drafts a mail with a snapshot. Nothing leaves until you tap Send.
Park before you mess with wiring. If the car itself is in trouble, that’s Tesla or the hardware maker.
